“Talent is only the starting point.”
— Irving Berlin
Being open to article pitches and organising events around universities and high schools means that we have a unique opportunity to develop the writing skills and experiences of many students and young people interested in a variety of careers.
Writing comment articles gives you useful communication skills you might not be aware of. These include:
- Persuasiveness – expressing your opinions in an engaging way
- Clarity – conveying information in an easy-to-understand way
- Detail – an eye for the smallest mistake is useful in any career
Start writing for us and you’ll hopefully develop some of these skills while being published on a growing and known website. We also work with a number of organisations and university societies to achieve our goals – watch this space for more developments.
